The obverse in headed-1 "Harper family" PA. The record begins with John Harper born 1632 and the latest date is 1889 referring to the sale of Wager Bridge to the B and O. There are underlinings and insertions in blue pencil. Upper half has suffered insect damage, 2/3 of upper half of the obverse is discolored, creases.
