Wreckage uncovered on Ocracoke Is. at point about 1/4 mile SW of where wreckage of Carrol A Deering was located. This wreckage uncovered by Ione, while most of Deering presumably was washed out to sea to land finally on Hatteras Island, on beach just east of CG Station. Picture by Hazen Brooks, Dec. 1955.
