Interior left has red velvet lining with embossed, gilt metal frame, glass, gilt metal matte with oval, open center and the tintype. Dates between 1855 to 1880.

His hair is high on top, parted on his left and slightly below ear lobe. Case is small, hinged, wood covered with a leather-like material with an embossed pattern on front and back, and a small brass hook on right edge. Interior left has a red velvet lining embossed with a floral and vase pattern. Right side has narrow red velvet framing enclosing a narrow, gilt, embossed metal frame, glass, gilt metal matte with oval, open himage area and the image. Dates to the 19th century.
