Eakin investigation photograph; Four spans, multi-plate steel arches with masonry piers and spandrel walls. The spans are 25 ft. The piers average 8 ft. in depth from spring line. This bridge has be constructed entirely by CCC's without the use of skilled labor. It was set up as a CCC project with the object of providing a permanent structure with the cost of materials less than the estimate for labor. The initial design was made by R.A. Wilhelm while V.R. Ludgate was resident Landscape Architect.
