Flume needs minor repairs. Flooring rotted out. Built by Will Orr in 1929. In constant use since building, with exception of last summer and winter. Built of 4x6 square-sawn timbers and 4x6 logs, unpeeled. Structure unchinked. Roof good. (Hopper).
