Confederate twenty dollar bill Harpers Ferry National Historical Park; National Park Service Confederate 20 dollar bill - printed in black on the o9bverse with orange background lineations, and in no blue on the reverse. Obverse contains an engraving of the Tennessee state capitol in the upper center and an oval engraving of A.H. Stephens in the lower right corner. The bill is dated February 17, 1864 and bears the printers' name at the lower right-keatinge and ball Columbia SC. A long tear from the right edge has a transparent tape support on the reverse. There is loss from the right edge below the upper corner, tears and punctures.
