Musa Isle Fruit Farm (Miami), 1898-1905.In 1896, Otis Richardson planted a grove on the Miami River, near present-day 25th Avenue (Miami). His son, C. O. Richardson, soon took over, and ran the grove and a tropical preserves factory for some years after.
