Building No. 1 in Swope and Fay Survey, Twentymile Creek Grist Mill, Twentymile North Carolina Great Smoky Mountains National Park Building No. 1 in Swope and Fay Survey of 5/13-15/1935, Good state of preservation. Flume needs minor repairs. Flooring rotted out. Built by Will Orr in 1929. In constant use since building, with exception of last summer and winter. Built of 4x6 square-sawn timbers and 4x6 logs, unpeeled. Structure unchinked. Roof good. (Hopper).
