Caption reads: "Volunteer in the Parks Program - The Artist in the Park program is one of many made possible by the Volunteer in the Parks Program. Volunteers set up their easel along the Park Road and Interpretive Trails, painting scenery, answering questions, and overall, increasing the appreciation of the Park to the visitor.
