Volunteers set up their easel along the Park Road and Interpretive Trails, painting scenery, answering questions, and overall, increasing the appreciation of the Park to the visitor. Twenty-seven volunteers are presently working on the park rolls." An additional caption reads: PICTURE 8: Volunteers in the Parks Program in Everglades National is quite successful. 'VIP' Leroy Ball paints a scene on the Anhinga Trail as visitors in back of him look on".

Tunnel reflectors, Foothills Parkway, Gatlinburg bypass, Tennessee
Great Smoky Mountains National Park
Painting reflectors, in the headquarters maintenance area, that were later installed in the tunnel on the Gatlinburg spur of the Foothills Parkway. These reflectors were made of lengths of angle iron, painted with Codit.
