Glass plate profile of man dressed in cut away coat, vest, high-necked shirt or collar. Hair style is high in front and tapers in back. Glass plate is in black, wooden case, embossed, front part is broken from binding, has small brass latch on side and red floral design lining on inside. Glass plate has gold, thin, metal embosssed floral design framing, with inscription "Hames Booth and Haydens Super Fine." Glass plate measures 2 x 2 5/16 inches and the case 2 5/16 x 2 7/8 inches.
