Exterior and interior walls and floors, wood; metal (good) roof. Interior finish, walls, floors, ceilings, wood. Water from spring, no electricity, no sewer. Structural condition good; mechanical condition fair. No hydrant; spring 50 feet distant. Secondhand lumber used in this building; has a good roof; should be sold 1/29/1952.W.M.
