Photograph on trail to the Echo River in Mammoth Cave. Glass negative shows a wooden walkway along an underground river with sixteen people being on the boardwalk - the last person in the line is carrying the lunch basket. In the lower left corner of the negative is an inscription "065 head of Echo River". There is another inscription in the lower right corner" copyrighted 1892 by H. C. Ganter. Ben Harris cave photographer. New Albany, Ind. U.S.A.".measurements: height 254 mm, width: 204 mm. Thickness: 1 mm. Condition: good. The original blue 10-254 lists this as a gift from Ellis Jones on 14 Dec, 1981. Originally housed gsu c, sh 4 with maca 3608-3645, 3724-3743, 3746-3749, 3872-3888, 3903.
