Washington confirming Mrs. Fontaine Beckham's in the deed (see cat. #8306) conveying Virginius Island property to Lewis Wernwag. Paper is creased by 3 principal and several secondary horizontal folds, extensively broken where it has crumpled along the upper crease. Document was filed in box in folder 2 under hfd-144.
