Descriptive InformationCased, small size, man wearing light suit, five-button dark vest and white shirt. Thick hair combed back from face. He is holding his coat lapel with his left hand. Wood case is hinged and covered with a leather-like material, embossed on front and back with floral and leaf pattern. Right side has a small brass hook. Interior has a red silky liner on the left, and the right has a dark purple velvet strip surrounding the glass, brass textured cut-out mat and image. Dates 1845 to 1860.
