Transcriptionrers [laborers] will be quartered at the Engineer Depot and will be subsisted by the officer in charge upon his own requisition approved by the Asst [Assistant?] and Consulting Engineer they will be mustered (without formality) at the Depot by the Regimental Mustering officer. 5. Extra Details. The officer in charge of the Depot will make requisition on the A.A. General Dept [Department] of the South and the Comdr [Commander] of the forces on Morris Island through the Asst [Assistant?] and Consulting Engineer for such extra details of mechanics and laborers as he may from time to time need. 6. Finally-The officers and men of both the permanent and the extra details will be subject to the orders of the Brig [Brigadier] Genl [General] and Chief Engr [Engineer] and the Asst [Assistant?] and Consulting Engr [Engineer] only.; Respectfully Submitted for the action of the Chief Engr [Engineer]; C.B.
