Chief of Maintenance Bob Wiley a Commendation and Certificate, awarded by the Secretary of the Interior for his outstanding contribution to the Alaska program. Bob was a member of the Alaska Planning group, compromising personnel of diverse disciplines drawn from several agencies, formed in Feb 1973, and given the responsibility for planning and co-ordination of comprehensive field studies of Alaska land.
