Repairs, Mingus MillGreat Smoky Mountains National ParkRepairs to Mingus Mill- concrete slab under penstock. The shutters on the windows were placed there because a group of Boy Scouts broke out the windows, ca 1965. The shutters were put up every winter when the mill was closed.
